Is Certus covered by WSIB?
Yes. Our WSIB account is active, and we can send a current clearance certificate for your project.
What insurance do you carry?
$2 million commercial general liability. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Who supervises the crew on site?
A Certus crew lead. We direct our own people, follow your site rules and report to your site supervisor.
What's the difference between a rough clean and a final clean?
A rough clean clears debris and dust after the trades. A final clean makes the space inspection-ready: every surface, window, fixture and floor.
Can you send a crew at short notice?
Often, yes. Emergency fill-in is one of our services: call with your date and we'll confirm availability the same day.
Do you work outside the GTA?
Yes. We take projects farther afield in Ontario. For out-of-town jobs, the client provides travel, housing and accommodation for the crew.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Crews bring cleaning supplies and equipment. We only ask for water, power and washroom access on site.
